Bodyweight Training... does it sound too easy?

In your Revive training session, you'll use primarily your own bodyweight. I know, we've all been conditioned over the years to believe that we need machines and other equipment to get an effective workout - but it's just not true! If bodyweight training sounds too easy to you, you've got to join us for a free week. After just one or two sessions, you'll be a believer! You'll have an initimate understanding of how these movements and the level of intensity are exactly what you've needed to finally change your body!

Interval Training

As a kid, when you ran hard and fast to try and be the first one to the swingset, did you instead keep running because, hey, "no pain, no gain"? Of course not, you had fun going all out and then you stopped because you were tired. Then, 10 minutes later, you probably did something like that again. You were unintentially doing Interval Training (Relatively short bursts of intensity followed by recovery)! Or maybe you pulled and climbed your way around the monkey bars for a while. Bodyweight training! It was fun, natural, maintainable, and effective, and you probably had friends there too!

Unfortunatley, as adults, we've been told we need to suffer for long periods of time every day doing unmaintable workouts that we're doomed to quit just to keep our bodies where they're at. And then when we don't see the results we wanted, it's our fault because we missed a day or two. Then we just quit. At Revive! Fitness Training, we work the intensity, fun, friendship, and common sense from your childhood into your busy adult lifestyle so you can maintain the adult version of the healthy, attractive, energetic body you had when you were younger.

What can your perfect looking body...DO?

You see, even a simple exercise like a basic pushup engages your legs, abs, arms, and chest. So, think about how your body looks and feels right now. Imagine yourself in that body doing a basic pushup. How many can you do...even if it's just girl pushups on your knees? How many squats before you get winded and your thighs start to burn? Now imagine a future where you can do double or triple that amount (or maybe you can finally do your first full pushup at all). What does THAT body look like? Three times as good? With Revive! Fitness Training, we stop stressing about the things we're not happy with (like how we might look and feel at this moment) and instead put our attention on the movements that will give us the body we want. We know that if we can do the work that a great body can do, the great body will follow.

At Revive Fitness Training sessions, our only goal is to help you accomplish your goal in a smart, efficient, and supportive way. You will never be yelled at, judged, or asked to do something crazy like pull a tire around your waist. We want you to be motivated by results and a positive environment NOT by fear and embarrassment.

And, because we combine a high level of intensity into a well designed and effective workout, you'll be done in around 30 minutes and leave absolutely knowing that you've made a major difference in your entire body. Hard to believe? Again, join us free for one week and you'll see.
